|What are your hours?|
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
|What time is your first/last delivery?|
Our first pick-up/delivery begins each business day at 8:00 AM. Our final pick-up delivery each business day is 6:45 PM. Log-on to our Online Schedule for real time availability.
|Do you offer same day service?|
Absolutely! We offer same day service on all service requests scheduled for pick-up prior to 9:00 AM. Be aware, there is an additional fee of $10.00 for this service.
|What is the best way to place a service request?|
Our Online Scheduling lets you choose the date and time that works within your schedule based on route and availability. Plus, you'll get immediate confirmation of your service request via email. Don't have access to a computer? Remember, we are always availiable via phone at (312) 643-1315.
|Do you deliver to my area?|
We deliver north to Evanston; east along Lakeshore Drive; south to 75th Street; and west to Central Avenue.
|How far in advance must I place my service request?|
Your request is based solely on our Online Scheduling. If you book it, we will come.
|What are the minimums for service?|
Our Wash-N-Fold Service has a 20 lb. minimum. Our Professional Dry-Cleaning/Laundering has a 10 piece/item minimum. Our Perfect $cents Plans are excluded from these requirements..
|What are current promotions?|
We frequently have monthly promotions which provide discounts for our services in a number of publications throughout Chicago and listed on our website. Call us about our current promotion at (888) 4-THE-BAG.
|Are my garments safe ?|
Absolutely! Your clothing is immediately tagged and placed in one of our laundry bags, then washed separately from everyone else's. Once completed, we place your garments into your bag to return to you.
|How much does my laundry weigh?|
Our average service request ranges from 25 to 30 pounds, approximately two weeks of laundry. Using a common scale from home, you can approximate the weight of your garments.
|What if I don’t have access to the internet?|
Not a problem. Simply give us a call at (312) 643-1315, then press 0 at any time for customer support.
|When will I get a laundry bag?|
You can receive your laundry bag with your first service request. You may request that you be allowed to fill the bag while the driver waits or provide a bag at pick-up and your garments will be returned to you in our laundry bag. The bag is yours to keep for future service requests.

Our service is 100% valet...no need to visit our facility...we come straight to your home and/or office.

|Terms and Conditions|
By requesting services from THE LAUNDRY BAG, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
|Minimum order size|
There is a 20 lb. minimum charge for wash & fold services.
|New-customer payment|
Initial service requests that total $50.00 or more must be satisfied/charged to a credit card, prior to delivery of any/all garments. THE LAUNDRY BAG accepts Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. Customers have up to 30 days to remit payment for their garments. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original pick up date will be donated to charity.
|Fee Assessment|
THE LAUNDRY BAG reserves the right to charge a fee of $35.00 on all returned checks, debit or credit cards for each single instance the item is returned, for any reason. Further, THE LAUNDRY BAG reserves the right to charge a fee of $15.00 on all invoices that remain outstanding for seven (7) or more calendar days. All wholesale/commercial accounts must provide a company credit card at service commencement that THE LAUNDRY BAG maintains on file. All wholesale/commercial clients must inform THE LAUNDRY BAG in writing a minimum of seven (7) days prior to weekly service of vacations/office closer to prevent weekly contractual rate assessment.
|Damaged Property|
THE LAUNDRY BAG follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
THE LAUNDRY BAG’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
|Promotions and Coupons|
THE LAUNDRY BAG limits discount for services to one coupon and/or promotion per household per scheduled service request. In each instance, the client must provide the driver with the coupon to receive their respective discount. THE LAUNDRY BAG requires that all minimums be met prior to discount.
|Multiple Delivery Attempts|
THE LAUNDRY BAG reserves the right to charge a fee of $15.00 for multiple (maximum of two) delivery attempts
